i recently put together a computer from parts that i had from an old computer that the mother board died on. The cpu is a celeron 633 which i am 100% sure will run at 950(100mhz fsb). i bought the exact same motherboard that i had it on before and now that i put the 633 in it, it is not stable at 950. is it possible that since the cpu hadnt been used in months and the motherboard although new was never used, need to be burned in before it will become stable at higher speeds. ? ? ?

Electric parts don't get "burned in" ... they get "burnt out" (you wanna flame me go ahead)
