theres really no way to tell some the max everones specs are different. Some one might o/c higher because or air flow or maybe because the way card was made on a different assembly line get the idea? So the only to tell is o/c the mem and core in increments go up maybe by five and test in a game and see if it's stable and theres artifacts

Yup, tx; was meaning to push it up 'til degradation see what happens... wasn't planning on installing any extra fans, hate the noise!

tight you can prolly get a little more if you were to add another fan you can buyu low rotation fans that arent that nosey. Or you can buy a delta fan and pace on under the card in a slot on your comp and use reisitors to lower the rotation of the fan.

Thanx ...will see how far 'passive' O/C-ing goes...

btw. have any idea why my comp. breaks when I turn on AGPFW in BIOS? (the card supports it)?

It might be due to the fact that your o/cing the cpu have u tried without ocing the chip ( i have no idea how to o/c it so i dont know if its able to unlock, ive had problems o/cong my AMD everytime i try to unlock i mess it and im useing a pencil lol hell i might ship to someone and have them do it i dont have steady enough hand :sad anyway try it with o/cing the card and the cpu and see if that works. Then detrimine if you want to o/c your stuff or you want the AGPFW

Well, my CPU's already O/C'd @933MHz (factory: 700MHz); just boosted the FSB from 100 -> 133...
It seems I can enable FW driverwise (via RivaTuner), but I don't see any real difference, but it just won't work when setUp in BIOS...
