Default Post overclocking a XP2200+ and Geforce Ti4600.......

Has anyone successfully overclocked a 2200+, if so is there a step by step guide, I could use anywhere?

Has anyone used the "Nvidia Bios editor v1.0" on a geforce Ti4600, I just want to know what settings you used for the GPU and memory speeds.. without the card needing any mods, like a bigger fan etc? and did it make a difference in performance?
I have the Asus Geforce Ti 4600, what has a fan and 2 heatsinks on it already... hopefully I wont need to make any mods....

Any information or help appreciated
