pinstripe007 is on a distinguished road

Just want to get a moderate OC

The rig is in my specs. Running the 11/27 Bios and voltages @ vcore =1.8, ; agp = 1.6v; chipset = 1.7v

FSB @ 200 and it's a locked Barton.

Memory is CH-5 @ 3.1v with timings of 11-3-2-2.0

Can run memtest86, 3dmark03, 3dmark2001SE, Sandra and PCMark. But I just cannot get Prime95....any suggestions would be great

Thanks for any input!

i had this problem recently also...
have you tried running prime with all the settings in the BIOS set at default??

if that doesn't work, try to set the timings of your mem's manually instead using SPD but at default speeds.

this is how i got to make prime running without errors,
but you kinda have to built up with small increments for succesfull tests

Thanks...I'll give that a try and hopefully it will survive the night. All I want is stable at 200FSB. It may also be my PSU...only time will tell.

Thanks again and if anyone has any other suggestions, cool

Well the rig is Prime stable with default settings. Is this a good idea....to raise the FSB to 200 and keep the memory at default timings. Once Prime stable play with the timings?
