I actually spent time to read most of it. The one thing I don't understand is:

He probably used some glue (usually a small dab of thermal epoxy) on the corners of the ram chips and put thermal paste on the middle part so they could be taken off easier later... I've heard of people doing that because they supposedly get better results doing that than using thermal tape, but it isn't permanent like thermal epoxy. I think if you are going to use ramchip heatsinks, just use thermal epoxy or just use tape.... (I just use tape because it seems to work fine for me- the heatsinks get hot, meaning they are working)

hahah I posted on his forum asking if this was a joke to make fun of the extreme overclockers that go for that 1 extra mhz cause of blah blah blah hot glue, tube of AS5, a gasket, etc....and the arsehole deleted it.
