I dont like using a res. They can leak. I prefer using a t-line. You might want to think about that. There is no difference in performance but with the t-line I can move my pc without worry.

personal preferance for me would be an external res... would jerry-rig it on with velcro.

Unless you are chilling the water there is no need for an external res. It can look clean and tight with a t-line.

No you dont need a relay, and the Dtek procore is my fav.

hmmm... they don't have that... the best they have seems to be the thermochill HE120.2 - I've added you to msn - jonmacrae@lincolnshire.eclipse.co.uk - they have others though - viewable here - http://store.over-clock.com/Radiators.html
