Best HS/F for 2.8C @ 3.8

Sitting 47 load on Stock hs/f for my p4 2.8c @ 3.8,

I want to lower that what is the best hs/f combo thank in advance

I've always liked this Zalman, but it's big, but quiet. I don't know how it'll fit on my P4P800 Deluxe with a small fan on the NB. I've also seen people recommend this Thermalright

hmmm they didn't include thermalrigth products in the review of the zalman i was looking at the sp 94 and the 120 monster thing by thermalright

SP-94 or XP-120 they are king and the XP-120 is better than the sp-94
