easy, the 3500+ doesn't really need a lot of voltage to overclock, i run my 3500 at 250fsb and it's still at default vcore; 1.5v .If you need to up it 1.55v would be max probably.
Here's a tool to overclock in windows to make it easy, do make sure you have the right version: http://www.cpuid.com/clockgen.php always be carefull with overclocking, when upping your "fsb" (HTT is a better term on the amd64 platform) you must take little steps and test between steps if it's still stable with programes like 3DMark, Prime95 or some games. Take steps of 5 mhz or something, don't set it directly to 250 as i have, your mobo or cpu might not cope with that. last but best step, search goolge for "overclocking amd64" or "overclocking guide" to read about the basics of overclocking, there's a lot you'll need to know beforehand because there's a risk to it and your warranty will be voided. Oh, and having the right hardware is important as well
