I'm running pretty similar specs cept I have only 7 case fans. This PSU has been good while it lasted and it's cheap (mine came with my case though), but it doesn't very last long. I bought my new crap last summer and it's already shitting out on me. I'd pay a bit more and pick up a Fortron 530w.

the Tagan TG380-U01 380W might be another good option in around the same pricerange, absolutly silent and great performance. BTW the 380W is continuos here, it's not the peakcurrent listed as much cheap suppliers like QTec name as max wattage.
These Tagans are exactly the same build quality as the OCZ PSU's because OCZ lets Tagan manufacture those. I myself own the TG480-U01 and i've never had a more stable and quiet psu while i always used antecs and enermaxes.

tnx guys, it's really hard to decide especially when you have very tight budget. btw, i run prime yesterday(max heat & max power consumption) for 9hrs. i dont get any errors but i'm not so sure if my HEC 350w will last for long..

Id stay away from Thermaltake if ur a heavy overclocker.
18amps on the 12v rail is kinda low. |

so w/c rail is the most important in PSU? if that so, maybe i'd go for TAST 450w w/ 28A in +12. btw, i'm not heavy OCer... i keep my barton 2500+ @ 11x200, sometimes 11x210 @ 1.7 when running benchies! daily use 11x200 @ 1.625. i undervolt it w/ .25 but pretty stable. last night i was w/ my friends(lan party) gaming for about 11 hours. i haven't encounter any probs.. i think my HEC 350w can handle my system. for the mean time.. LOLZ! but i'm not so sure COZ i have a lot of fans and 1 cathode.
