better ram?

Hello. Can you tell me how much faster my system gets if i chance my ram to some better one? now I have 2 no name (I think they`re called mdi) 512mb PC3200 with 2,5-3-3-8 timings. I thought of the Corsair TWINX1024-3200XL. Or should i save the money to by a Athlon64 system next year?

System Specs

I would save up since you already have an ample amount of RAM with okay timings. When you go Athlon64 next year you might want to get brand new RAM to be able to overclock more or something similar, so save the money for that.

ok, thanks. I have forgotten to say that i want to overclock the FSB when i get better ram. The actual does not support more than 400 Mhz. Are then any different opinions?
