whats the best overclocking software for a radeon 9800 pro i changed the stock cooler for a Arctic Cooling VGA Silencer REV3

System Specs

ATI tool is pretty good.
The new Omega Drivers have a built in overclocking feature that you might want to check out. they are the best drivers around too, if you ask around here.

I think you should use atitool or radlinker.

depends... mine overclocks really bad even with the cooler and I can get MAX about 400/350 which really SUCKS
