Anyone overclock their Mobile ATI 9700?

I currently have the latest Omega 8.07 beta with the radlinker overclock utility auto installed with it. It says the the default bios settings and clock rates are 445.50 core for 263.25 memory. I am considering raising these levels.

For those with this card, what is yours currently overclocked at which you consider a safe setting?

Any advice?

I personally wouldn't OC any part of a laptop, they get hot enough as it is.
