I run everything with 4xAA/16xAF, looks and plays beautifully. There's a lot been written about GPU temps for the 4000 series, but with the fan control in the CCC now its very easy to keep them wherever you want them. For the money, its a superbly capable card.
Sounds good to me

I will probably sleeve those ugly fan wires, so for now, big cable mess.
Also i don't like the front panel setup, will probably swap some things around.

The size of that keyboard compared to everything else is just ridiculous.

LOL

I like my Gyration "mini" keyboard. I've had it now for over 4 years and it's still going strong. It has survived many gaming sessions and a few slams of my fist when the batteries die in the middle of a firefight.

When i sit in my chair, it feels like i'm at the bottom of the grand canyon

Replaced my Maxtor One Touch II external 250GB drive with a 1TB My Book:

Also replaced a wired router by a wireless one:

Works great so far. Have a PC, 2 360s, Macbook and a AspireOne all running off it with no glitches. Aspire is a new addition too.
Setting it up for my mom (learn to type, email, browsing...) but finding it hard to let go...

I like your arrangement of "workspaces" on those monitors.

Calibration takes a little getting used to - there's a learning curve - but the process is very interesting.
If you can, get a gander at the patterns and the explanations at the Lagom site. For LCDs, I like the stuff there better than DisplayMate software.

I have to agree with IEMC that keyboard cracks me up! its like there's a massive area where a keyboard should be and then the tiny keyboard in the middle of the space. But I don't blame you those little keyboards are fun

Also, picks of the media PC coming soon and also some pics of the main rig once UPS delivers my new Phenom stuff

hahaha mine sits on the box that my PSU came in when I game for a long time. I believe the answer to your question is most likely this......when you are tall and there is no height adjustment the viewing angle and height of your monitor has to go up higher some how

WOW some really cool stuff there guys especially on the water cooling setups

I did manage to finally clean some cabling up in my main rig and on my new toy lots of room for another one

(Oddly enough I had my modded 9600gt in there and it is much larger than the HD4870 lol)

It does and thanks again for the Mac deal bro

Ya you need to invest in an X38 or X48 board much like 32 bit OS's and Windows 7 ..... I still wonder why mobo manufacturers are making boards with two PCI-E slots with one being PCI-Ex4

Most of the X38 boards run both slots at full native x16 speed.
My board is 975x and it runs 16x and 8x. Since the hole for the screw is shagged on the 16x slot i've had to mount my 3850 in the x8 slot and haven't seen any performance decrease whatsoever

That's good to know mine is X38 so runs at full x16 on both ... Chaos really didn't see a dramatic improvement running 2x 4870 on his P35 board.

This my old PC as I don't have pics of the new build yet - Been updated into a COSMOS-S and a 2nd 4850 since this pic. Quite a squeeze, used a dremel to cut a hold to route the W/C through.

I'll update later with the newer PC:
