would this work for sending a gfx card i have no anti static paper

wrap the card in something non-staticy(newspaper, borwn packing paper, etc) and put it in a box stuff full of rolled newspaper. put that box in a slightly larger box full of packing popcorn, tape it up, and ship it out

Never put it in something that's plastic (enless it's an antistatic bag)..... Plastic is highly prone to static discharge.....
