You should be ok, installing the Koolance isn't really any more difficult then installing a regular heatsink....

Try googlin' it. Your system needs to be drained about every 12 months. Use antifreeze and distilled water in a 1/5 ratio or so. The system can be drained by disconnecting the tubing and running the pump. Since it's a kit it shouldn't be to hard. Setting up my "from scratch" system was a breeze.

Antifreeze is basic, so it reduces the acidic H30+ in the water afaik. Water Wetter will work also.

The problem with water wetter is that it leaves a nasty residue[sp?] on the inside of the tubing and the blocks...and that antifreeze would be any worse performing than ww isn't true at all. I tried them both in a long period of time, and i noticed no difference at all in temps. I used about 5% of antifreeze just to prevent algaes...

I've been using the EXOS since just after it came out, and I always use Koolance's coolant. Yeah, it might be a bit more $$, but I figure that if I have ANY problems, then Koolance can't claim that I voided the warranty (if there is any left by now
)Another option would be: 3M Flourinert PF5080 Coolant. CRAY uses it to cool their super computers. It never needs replacing, and best of all is non-conductive, so even if you have a leak, it won't kill ypour system. The down side is that it's REAL expensive. I know that it's available in the UK from http://www.armari.com/ not sure yet about a source here in the US tho.
