Hmm no PCI/AGP locks then?

As you raise your HTT you're also raising your AGP/PCI bus speeds.

The idea as I see it behind overclocking your ram is to reduse the cpu multiplier and raise the HTT to get your cpu back to stock thereby overclocking the ram through the increased HTT.

EG

HTT=200 X 11= 2200MHZ=2.2GHZ (STOCK)

HTT=220 X 10= 2200MHZ=2.2GHZ (CPU STOCK/RAM NOW @ DDR440)

You may have to relax your RAM's timing somewhat and you may be better off with PATA drives as the SATA drives tend to corrupt easily with overclocking.
Also don't use the Bios' overclocking thingy, do it manually, I've found the Bios overclocking to be virtually useless.
