I got 613KB/s....is that any good? This thing never stops does it?
I just let it run for about 3 minutes then i turned it off....

EDIT: I added a screenshot now....i've no idea for how long you have to run it. But i turned it off when i got a result...

That's exactly how long it needs to run
620 is pretty fast, especially with Steam and other stuff running. I got around 540 on my socket 754 3000+ at stock (of course that was on a clean benching partition, no background apps)

Edit: Reminds me of my latest attempt to OC... all this new hardware and I can't even touch Overclocking anymore.. probably because Im using the Via SATA on the southbridge..

Here is my fan setup

1x120mm Rear Fan
2x120mm 4in1 front fans
1x80mm Exhause Fan on top of case
Cross flow fan (The best cooling I have ever seen)
Thermalright XP-90 CPU Cooler

My case is the CM stacker and has the option for two PSU's or 2x80mm fans in the 2nd PSU place. I decided not to bother buying another PSU and will be installing 2x80mm Vantec Tornado's next week, my goal is to hit [color=Red]3Ghz[/color] with a FSB of 300x10

And here is the case, except I have a transparent side:
