ATi tv Wonder Pro

I have a Ati Tv Wonder pro and it had some problems at first but thanks to DH it was fixed. I want to know if i have to configure it to stop looking like im watching a Japenesse movie. the vocies go and the mouth follows a little bit behind. How can i fix this?

Try going threw the setup wizard agian some times that syncs it back up. Might also have time shifting on but I can't remember how to turn that off/on because I don't use it
