Help with memory timings

Hello

I've overclocked my A64 3500+ up to 2.7 ghz stable but I had to set my memory limiter to auto because I'm unfamiliar with timings/memory speed.

Right now, however, I have it stable at 2.4ghz with the memory at 2,2,2,5 @ 2:1 limit.

I want to know should I leave it that way because right now I'm getting around 6700 in 3dmark 2003 with my ATi Radeon 9800 pro @ 412/365.

Or should I try to push the Fsb higher and increase the timings?

3500+ 220x11 @1.6v
2x512mb OCZ 3200 Platnium Rev 2.0
Asus A8V Deluxe
Ati Radeon 9800pro
