Overclocking Duron 1100

has anyone got any experience overclocking the Duron 1100? i currently have mine running at 1266 @ default voltage (133x9.5) on a kx7-333. i usually find that by upping the voltage to about 1.85 allows for a higher overclock, but here its not the case. anyone know whats going on? is it just a limitation of this cpu?
