after alot of research
after alot of research and digging around on the setting of this mobo i have(NF4 SLI-DR). i can safely say i hit 2.5GHZ from stock 2.2GHZ now. my OC'ing problems have been fixed. i found a guide for setting up the mobo on DFI street. a great guy named Rone made a thread explaining the settings and giving a guide to OC'ing this mobo. So i used the settings and bam!!! hitting 2.5GHZ at 22C .

not sure, but room temp is 70. not sure what the case temps are like.

your temp sensor is off, 70F is 21C and you case temp is probably give or take ~3C more than ambient. and as you know WC cant go sub ambient

yeah, i noticed. i was wondering. of course i am guessing on the room temp. but my air conditioner says 70 upstairs.

i'm in the family room downstairs. its about 5 degrees cooler than the rest of the house. no need for AC down here. stays cool all year round

I've been having great results with my DFI board as well. My 3000+ is fully stable at these speeds, I'm currently working on seeing how low I can tweak the voltage without affecting stability.
