exclamation help with my amd 3200 64bit cpu

I havea amd 3200+ 64bit cpu newcastle and i can't get it past 2.3 stable over clock i noe it can go more then that i have crosair 3200xms series memory can anybody give me some tips would greatly appreciate it!

It would be helpful if you posted your detailed specs: ratio, FSB, voltage, timings, etc.
What kind of cooling do you have on your Processor/Chipset?
FYI, there is a section dedicated to Overclocking/Modding but I'm sure someone will move this for ya.

the ratio is 1:1 i think i set it 2 200 so i guess its 1:1 and fsb is 210, voltage is 1.60 and i have stock cooloing but it is 40 idle and 50 load and i have the nforce 3 chipset msi neo platnum mobo

Not every cpu/ram can overclock alot while staying @ stock voltage. Either try using a divider, or try increasing the ram voltage, see if that gets you anywhere.

ram voltage is at 2.70 and cpu at 1.60 and nothing max is a 100mhz o/c i put a divider and still nothing what am i doin wrong

System Specs

What are you LDT multiplier at? You should set it at atleast 4 when overclocking. You want to keep your LDT frequency at 1000 or below...

System Specs

Well, since you're having three ram modules i think that can be whats limiting your overclock. Try removing the 512 module and and see if you will get any further like that. Atleast you'll know if thats why you can't go higher. Or you could try and run it on a divider....

Post all your bios settings. I think it's that mixed set of 3 modules you got there.
