it sounds like your ram can't handle the speeds
see if you can drop the multiplier so you're running a CPU:ram ratio of 4:3

In the bios there should be an option to change your ram speed
it sounds like its DDR333, and by trying to put the bus speed up to 800(200) you're trying to put your ram at DDR400, and it just can't make it that high you'll need to reduce the speed

You don't have 2 CPU's you have one CPU which can execute 2 threads simultaneously.
It sounds like your RAM definately isn't PC3200. |

i845PE
You are using a CPU with your motherboard that is not supported by your i845 chipset. Max FSB is 533 (4*133), so if it runs at 166 you are already overclocking the chipset and memory substantially. It's possible to get to 800, but it would require good memory and increased memory voltage.
Can you copy & paste the Everest report on your RAM? rasta

I'm sure a 6800 would fit in the mobo but the CPU is already being run far below spec and you're already OC'ing it hard.
You may as well just buy a new mobo, that CPU will work in a shiny new PCI-E mobo then you could go get a 7800GTX |

Up & Running
If you want to get up & running for cheap, try this:
HERE is a Gigabyte i865 board for $52. HERE is some bargain Mushkin RAM, 1gb kit for $80. Can't beat that, and it should run nicely with your CPU and a 6800U. rasta
