Wich CPU cooler do you recomend for overclocking an AMD 3500+ socket 939?
I thought in thermaltake beettle, or some thermalright, or maybe the zalman CNPS9500.

You can't go wrong with the Thermalrights. Artic Cooling is pretty good too.

System Specs

I use an Artic Cooling Freezer 64 and its really a good cooling fan. You cant go wronf with this one! But Zalman is also good, but a bit more pricey!

I'm loving my Zalman CNPS9500, as well as their VGA Coolers, heck I've owned most of their entire line and loved each one
