Help! My Radeon 8500 BIOS is locked and I can't flash it!

When I try to flash my ATI Radeon 9500 Buit by ATi with the 7.004 or 7.008 BIOS the ATFLASH utility pops up an error saying that the VGA BIOS is different from the VGA Card. When I backed up my BIOS version and checked it with Radedit my BIOS title is AP64DHF3 instead a number like R200 113-85702-102.

I ran the ATIFLASH -i command to see the card info and it's bios version. The report says the BIOS status is LOCK. The BIOS version is the F3.

What can I do to unlock the BIOS so I can flash the card with a faster one like the 7.004 ????

This card is definitly not Built by ATI or 9500...
It is Gigabyte 8500 64MB... check for BIOS update on www.gigabyte.com.tw
