thanks they are working ok but I'm not sure if I can tell a difference (better or worse) over the official drivers. I am most interested in seeing if they are easier the cpu.

Don't think so you can try installed master suite if you like not sure if works.

hello again,

i installed PAX MASTER Suite V2.05 and it s not fully functional but it will do for now. i saw a creative entertainment center with bass management tab under speaker volume and it had a bar for sub gain i dont know for what sound board was meant, maybe if you have a chance to remake the master suite you can add that. i love my new sound, and that is only your work. thank you.

Hi Robert!

Great job with X-Fi Surround 5.1 Pro latest drivers!
But can you add more trebles in the next drivers. I have X-fi XtremeGamer Fatal1ty Pro also and it sound much better that my USB card. Please do your magic again, adding more trebles for X-Fi Surround 5.1 Pro

Also can i ask - is it possible for you to make suite cd for this USB card?

I mean whether I should update over the intalled official drivers or uninstall the official drivers and then do a clean install of PAX drivers. One more thing, in case I have some issues with the PAX drivers/software, will uninstalling them and reinstalling the official drivers revert my system to the present state? As of now, I don't have any issue with the official drivers. I just want to explore the PAX drivers to see if it improves audio quality on my system.

I tried installing these drivers, but I got a BSOD. I had to reinstall the official drivers again. Is my card not supported or what?

I am using Creative xfi Surround 5.1 USB (SB 1090) card.

I think those might be wrong set. I'm doing alot testing on new performace ram from amd made by patriot trying see if I can OC or not lol. I can't get pass 1600mhz in OC but if I lower I can overlock it though.

can someone please tell me the steps to install these pax drivers on my sound blaster surround 5.1 pro..i really need them..i think i tryed in 10 different ways and still i could not get that enhanced console and stuff

every way i tried it just got me to have exactly the same features as the original creative drivers

please help me.thx

Uninstalled from Device Manager. Run Driver Cleaner.net I recommend if you have issues. Reboot then Run Reg cleaner program or crap cleaner. Then delete creative folder from main drive and start menu and reboot again. Then try reinstalled the software.

i've done exactly as you said.. now there is only one confusion: which software should i install for my sound blaster x-fi surround 5.1 pro?
hey there..installed the"PAX X-Fi Surround 5.1 Pro V2.50" but i only get the old control panel from device manager

no tweeks no audio console..nothing else

do i have to install something else first or what am i doing wrong?

please help me..i really need this drivers

Hi! I have a problem with EAX settings in Entertainment Console and in Audio Control Panel. The problem is that there is no option "none" in the EAX settings. So, every time when I turn on EAX, in games everything sounds like I am in the jazz club or amphitheater or elsewhere, but not directly in the game... I've tried all of official versions of creative drivers and yesterday I've installed PAX drivers for my surround 5.1 pro from here: win7. But unfortunately my problem is not solved in this version of drivers, and besides in the THX settings option "speaker" was not allowed.

Is it possible to add option "none" into EAX settings? Or, maybe, I should try another version of PAX drivers?
P.S. Sorry for my poor English.

Gaming EAX isn't enabled through Creative's control panels, but within the game itself. Those EAX presets have nothing to do with the EAX used in games.
