[/COLOR]I think you all used DVDKing and BiGBrOwNPimpstafs patches which hacked Audigy2 ZS drivers and applications before. Hacking Audigy 2/ZS to Audigy4 is similar to hacking Audigy2 to Audigy2 ZS that DVDKing and BiGBrOwNPimpsta do.
What procedures we have to do about softmod?
1. Get an original Audigy4 Pro drivers set from Creative official website and download Hacked Audigy4 Pro Installation and Drivers CD ISO from our forum.
2. Copy directory gAudioh of Hacked Audigy4 Pro ISO to a partition of your hard disk.
3. direct to path gDrivers\WDMh and open gwdma_emu.infh with Windows notepad to find Device ID of Audigy 4 is gPCI\VEN_1102&DEV_0004&CC_040100h.
4. you can rename the device to the one you like, ie. gYouP-PAX drivers (WDM)h in that you just need find [String] segment and rename the right string segment of gEMU10K2.DeviceDesc="Creative Audigy Audio Processor (WDM)"hC
5. Get ready to modify Device ID files of to gbamh drivers successful installed. We found Device ID of non-Chinese sound cards are gPCI&VEN_1102&DEV_0004&SUBSYS_20071102h that is different from those are retails of PRC. Anyway, we found that ID to mod the ISO for you all international gals and guys.
6. First, we install a set of original Audigy 2 drivers on our PC to find out what Device ID is exactly we want.
7. Searchg[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Creative Tech\Database\Product\FEATURE]h in registry to get the ID we want. And we will find the ID file is gctp0380w.dath which is on path gDrivers\WDM\WIN2K_XP\DATAh.
8. If now we got an Audigy ZS retail which corresponds to gctp0350w.dath, overwrite the initial ID location of Audigy4 Pro with the initial ones of gctp0380w.dath which can be found on path gDrivers\WDM\WIN2K_XP\DATh as the picture presents. (We used UltraEdit-32 to edit gctp0350w.dath and gctp0380w.dath, gctpXXXXw.dathetc.) In detail, copy chars between g00000000hh to g000004f0hh from gctp0350w.dathfs to gctp0380w.dathfs with UltraEdit-32
9. And save the edited gctp0380w.dath as gctp0350w-1.dath.

Please notice this component is very important for User of audigy.
01. I test 4.01 & 5.00 & 5.01 still none mic in recording tab. [Surround Mixer]

Yes my new set would have Dolby working 100% for vista and both xp and vista under one set I'm waiting for one my freinds come on test with x64 if good as to go I release set late Wed If it goes well

Driver updated There almost ready

Yes I think this might be my best sets yet to come. I'm hoping that everone be happy enough that I can take break for couple months that way I get chance to play some games also lol. And there going be both x64 support both vista and xp

with 100% working mics and Dolby also.

Yes driver Hopely may come out Late Today will see if I can get out bed first hehe I like sleep in to noon sometimes

PS if these driver are good as ever I let them out to world plubic servers later on like betanews ect..

Only one question: You say that these are based on the older 2.15 drivers but with some files from the newer ones. Did the OpenAL and EAX optimizations and fixes make it into the "PAX 5.15"?

I didn't touch the Open AL in this set. Only Dolby. Alot people can't get grid game to work with new beta drivers even from my set. Thats why I went back to old Offical ones tune them up better

If you really want Open AL updated next I can do that for you but please do test first I'm mosly want know dolby works first

. Then we go on from there.

This version can't found MIC.
02. EAX Console no effect. karaoake tab disappear.
but can use audio console to set Effect.

Yes that true I wasn't sure if works in Audigy I guess it does now

But in XFI drivers they don't work.

But my bgears card still rocks and tomorrow I'm getting Dolby Decorder box from my good freind woot! And finaly can listen direc tv in full Dolby

If they work perfect so far, I release both software suites over week with driver updated set.

oh, I Installed , Now I don't see logo Dolby Digital & DTS on Entertainmet Mode and Decoder Tab not appear in Audio Console, Dolby digital don't work. I use Power DVD 8, Audio output, I set SPIDF , can not hear anything sound!

Did you guys try force installed?
I redo the vista set tomorrow I think I need driffter set for vista with vista setup name in it.

Thanks for the drivers! but, unfortunately, I can't install them on Vista X64 with my X-Fi Extreme Music card. I've done a clean install using driver cleaner. I also tried doing a driver update through the device manager and it just keeps telling me "Windows encountered a problem installing the driver software for your device". I'm also using the Vista Ready Driver to install unsigned drivers. Funny thing is it also does this with daniel_k's drivers too. Apparently, Vista X64 or CL doesn't like modded drivers at all...

5.15 version pax

01. Tests after you, I discovered that dolby maybe not works.
Because I have opened CMSS 3D. When I disable CMSS 3D. Just Two speaker has sound.

02. I installed powerdvd 8 to test. I can't set SPIDF.
[audigy maybe really can't set SPIDF with other software]
[But I really can set SPIDF in Surround Mixer, I don't know why]

03. So, I can't set SPIDF with powerdvd 8. And can't testing Dolby & DTS.

36303 version pax

Working great with Dolby & DTS.

I use Power DVD 8, Audio output, I set SPIDF , can not hear anything sound! My sound card, XFI XTREME MUSIC on WINDOWS VISTA 32Bit

I've done a clean install using driver cleaner. I also tried doing a driver update through the device manager and it just keeps telling me "Windows encountered a problem installing the driver software for your device". I'm also using the Vista Ready Driver to install unsigned drivers. Funny thing is it also does this with daniel_k's drivers too. Apparently, Vista X64 or CL doesn't like modded drivers at all...

When I disable CMSS 3D. Just Two speaker has sound. 02. I installed powerdvd 8 to test. I can't set SPIDF. [audigy maybe really can't set SPIDF with other software] [But I really can set SPIDF in Surround Mixer, I don't know why] 03. So, I can't set SPIDF with powerdvd 8.
