Hi, New member posting for first time.

I am running Xp sp2, have a Audigy card, installed Roberts YouP-PAX_Audigy_Series_20e and the latest latest driver 6.10

Problem is that the Microphone fader in the Surr mixer does not appear, and
is not an option to select as an input.

Thanks, Ron...

RAR is fine. I dont like these installers. One Bug and everything is messed up.
Some People got kicked out when the older driver should get uninstalled, others got kicked out of the setup when AudCon Setup has a problem.

I think most of the PAX users can handle a unpacked folder with all nesserary files in it.
Reduce all automatic install procedures to a minimum. But thats only my opinion

Hey Robert, pax v6.10 works great running on my xtreme gamer card. Only I can't seem to figure out how to redirect bass in entertainment mode. Creatives drivers have a thx control panel that let me set the crossover frequency.

Hi Robert, i just installed your drivers but i can't have 5.1 sound.
I'm having x-fi fatal1ty and my speakers are the DTT3500 (connected through digital din), i also connect through optical connection from front panel to my receiver (sony STR-DB1080). In both cases i get only R-C-L channels and not RR-RL-SW at all ( i get RR from FR - RL from FL and SW from C). Only when i play a movie i get full 5.1 on my DTT3500 but not on my receiver.
My system information is:
Operating System: Windows XP Professional (5.1, Build 2600) Service Pack 3, v.3311 (2600.xpsp.080212-0005)

Before i install your driver i was working the DTT3500 with 4.1 (mini jack connections)and the receiver with optical 5.1 on movies.
Can you please assist in order to have 5.1 in both speakers and receiver for games and movies? What are the settings i need to choose in order to work?

I try to uninstall your drivers from add-remove programs but without success neither the volume or creative audio console. I even try with the driver cleaner pro but again without success, it removes the registry and folders but the entry in add/remove list remains. Even though it didn't removed from the list i make a reboot and then try to install the drivers from the original cd but i get blue screen error. I boot in safe mode and make a restore point before your driver installation and now i don't have audio at all and the entries still remains on add/remove list.

Please advice how can i remove your drivers from my system even manually from registry and which folders and files do you use.

Hi Robert. I'm new to this forum and i came across your drivers, everbody talks good about them. So i downloaded the latest version, but when i want to install them it says the HW is not supported. So i wanted to know if i can do something about it myself, because i want to clean install my windows and i need these drivers, so i can't wait for the new set to come out. Can you gently tell me waht to do?? however this is the device id of my card (an extrreme x-fi by the way) :

Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Audio
Hardware ID: PCI\VEN_1102&DEV_0007&SUBSYS_10131102&REV_00

thank you in advance, and keep on the great work!

Hi Robert.
A new version of drivers are available for the Creative X-Fi Titanium here:
Creative Worldwide Support
The filename is XFTI_PCDRV_LB_2_17_0004.exe

The fixes are these:
Supports Dolby® Digital Live and DTS Connect.
Requires the Dolby Digital Live and DTS Connect software pack. Click here to download.
Improves microphone volume level.

I don't know if you're adding the new DTS Connect to your drivers but it might be good to take a look

The DTS Connect pack is available here:

Creative Worldwide Support
The filename is DDL_DTS_PCAPP_LB_1_00_00.exe

Also, if you could take a look into seeing if you can add DDL and DTS Decoding via Optical-IN for these drivers.
Note: These are not the same as the PCI-Express Xtreme Audio cards.

Auzentech X-Fi Prelude Support?

Hello, I just tried to install the PAX X-Fi v6.10 set on Vista x64 for my new X-Fi Prelude card however it failed and said that no supported device could be found.

Is there going to be support for the Auzentech X-Fi Prelude card in a future release?

ahh ok, I though maybe since the card is still based on the X-Fi chip that the drivers might work.

Thanks for the reply

Hi, this is my first post here...i've a big problem with the installation of PAX drivers!

I've downoloaded

Pax_Audigy_Software_Suite8
and
PAX Audigy OS V6.10

extracted Pax_Audigy_Software_Suite8 -> Audigy4 Folder -> Audio Folder -> Setup Folder -> Launched Setup.exe and installed the suitethen extracted PAX Audigy OS V6.10 -> setup.exe and installed drivers.

Rebooted, sound works BUT

EAX CONSOLE DOESNT WORKS
GRAPHIC EQUALIZER DOESNT WORKS

I can just ear the sound, no more settings can be adjusted.

That are my specs

AUDIGY 1 PLATINUM (just card, not connected yet with the 5.25 bay)
Windows VISTA ULTIMATE SP1 32Bit
ASUS P5E3 MB (x48)

Thanks for ANY help

Pax audigy 20e a4 pro suite

How do you install this set? It has some Xfi and A4 stuff when you unzip it. Do I just dbl click the set up exe in the main folder? Will it auto install all the extra software stuff? Which driver version is in there? Is it fairly recent?
