Re: XP,Vista,Win 7 Driver Support for Audigy,XFI,Xtreme Audio,USB,PCI E Support Cards

Hey Robert, i am using PAX AUdigy All OS 1,30. The main reason i got back to original drivers CD ( and took off 2 GB ram from PC so it works ) is that whenever i play music oraz videos that is in STEREO i only hear the front speakers. ( i got it working on foobar - mixed stereo to 4 channels ) but movies are in stereo FRONT only. The original driver plays in all 4 channels whenever and whatever i play on.

Re: XP,Vista,Win 7 Driver Support for Audigy,XFI,Xtreme Audio,USB,PCI E Support Cards

Hi robert !

I'm new here and I really need your help ~

I have some problem with my sound card (Creative Sound Blaster Audigy SB0570), which doesn't suit Window 7 I guess, I couldn't find any driver for this sound card *sob
Anyway, my problem is exactly the same like what others faced Audigy SE SB0570 (OEM) and Windows 7 problems (no ... - Creative Labs
How may I get the driver for this card?
Your help is greatly appreciated !

Re: XP,Vista,Win 7 Driver Support for Audigy,XFI,Xtreme Audio,USB,PCI E Support Cards

Hi everyone.

I can,t get my soundcard to work with Windows 7, Ive tried both Creative drivers and Pax X-Fi all OS .... With the Creative driver the sound at first is very noisy and bad and getting worse and then not working at all. When I try Pax it says that I don,t have any supported device installed on the computer.
Ive got an HP computer with a soundcard "Creative CA20K1 X-Fi Xtreme Fidelity Audio Processor" according to Everest. The name on the HP model is "GB332AA-B1U d4885.se".

Thanks in advance Wallentino

Re: XP,Vista,Win 7 Driver Support for Audigy,XFI,Xtreme Audio,USB,PCI E Support Cards

Hi Robert.
I came across these drivers looking for a solution to fix volume panel under win7 x64. I've become rather confused as to what drivers support what. I have a Titanium pci-e card, so none of the new oens support mine? This is correct?
If not correct, what drivers do support me and if none of the new ones do, do you have any that will and does volume panel work with them?
I don't really have any other problems except I got really used to volume panel and hate not having it. I'm running my x-fi out using optical to Z5500 digital.
Thanks for your help and the hard work!

Re: New Pax Driver and Suite Discus Thread

(damn, I accidently posted it to the wrong thread, I'll contact someone to move it to XP,Vista,Win 7 Driver Support for Audigy,XFI,Xtreme Audio,USB,PCI E Support Cards. Srry 'bout it)

Hi there everyone, and hi to you Robert! I've got a question for you, you seem to be me last resort. So, I have a SB X-Fi XtremeGamer Fatal1ty Pro card with 32bit XP and I cannot make it work with factory drivers (neither with its CD, or manually running Creative's 2.18.0013 driver).
I either end up with an unrecognized Multimedia Audio Card in Device Manager, or it is recognized as X-Fi Creative Audio Processor (WDM) with an exclamation mark in yellow circle. With Creative's installers I only get Audio Panel to Star Menu, and sometimes a 'volume controll button' to system tray, both say 'The audio device supported by this application is not detected' when launched. AutoUpdate doesn't recognize the card, neither.

Strange thing is, all PC analyzing tools (like Everest or PCWizard) are recognizing the card perfectly well.

Could you pls suggest me a working PAX driver for my card? IDs:
SB00460
PCI\VEN_1102&DEV_0005&SUBSYS_00201102&REV_00\4&1F7 DBC9F&0&58F

I removed any leftovers from my previous driver install attempts, used Sweaper and Driver Cleaner Pro too, even driver.cab cleaner, registry cleaner/defrag.

From what I understand, I first need to install a PAX driver, then from one of your Suits I should install the necessary softwares, is that correct? So, could you pls link me a PAX driver which supports my card, and a Suit I should use for all the applicatioins? Many thanks in advance.

Hi Please download newest Creative all os Suite 2010 in download section. You can used currect driver in the suite. You mus Uninstalled from Device Manager and delete from creative folder and start menu. And Run Sweeper or Cleaner your choice. Then Run a reg fixer and defrag the reg after your done then installed suite and drivers from it.

Thanks for the fast reply! Am I supposed to run the main setup.exe in the Suit's root folder, or the executable in Audio/Drivers folder? I read many times that on XP the main setup.exe is not working. Also...could you paste in a link for that All OS Suite 2010? I'm a n00b on these boards and I couldn't find the download section (at least not for PAX drivers).

EDIT: wait, I think i found it. That one?
http://www.hardwareheaven.com/pax-dr...ml#post1345741 post #11

The other question remains, will the main setup.exe in the Suit work for me on 32Bit XP?

Re: XP,Vista,Win 7 Driver Support for Audigy,XFI,Xtreme Audio,USB,PCI E Support Cards

Device id
PCI\VEN_1102&DEV_0008&SUBSYS_10011102&REV_00\4&1AD D88A5&0&00F0

Followed the steps of a remove from device manager, driver cleaning, deleting the creative folder, reg cleaning/fixing/de-fragmenting, restarting etc. After this I tried installing the "PAX PCI Audigy All-OS-Driver V1.35" driver. Seems to go fine, but I get no audio once installed. Tried the whole process a couple of times now, same result.

So I then followed the same prep procedures and tried "PAX Audigy SELSValue Xtreme Audio Suite 2010". The set-up for this say's "No supported device found".

I if I missed some thing basic, sorry, but I'm stumped at this point

Alright, I think I got V1.35 to install. The installer wasn't working for me so I tried pointing windows to the drivers folder instead. This appears to have worked

No pax logo's that I can see. Is there a driver version number or date that might hint as to being installed?

Just delete off the hard drive and start menu and uninstalled the driver. And and run reg fixer and installed new suite.
