I followed the instructions, and I get this message with every Creative tool I try and run:

Can you show? I don't have audigy card. You might want used driver cleaner try from freash installed Don't installed the driver from the suite then if doesn't work for ya. Just installed main driver Pax audigy 6.50 set then installed tools from audigy 4/Audio/Setup/Setup.exe

it doesn't work with Audigy 2, Rob....
I have tried on my Audigy2 Card, and after i installed the Driver 6.50, I just have an "SB Audigy 2 (WDM)" audio device in the Windows Device Manager, then i cant open anytools.....
But if i installed the Driver of PAX-fi 2.32 , i'll have "SB Audigy 4(WDM)" audio device in the Windows Device Manager....then i installed the Audigy 4 Tools of the Suite....so...it worked....
My Card's Model is 0353 and its ID is (A000)....so please add it to your Driver PAX

very wierd. So far tools works on others do you have windows 7 or xp or vista?

That ID is in there

Try disable your sound card while installing drivers I found that out it helps on windows 7 I don't if do same to your OS let me know if that new trick would work or not.

Hi there,

I have a SB0090 Audigy with xp sp3, but in sound panel shows Sb audigy audio (E880) and in the device panel does not show audigy 4, just shows Sb audigy WDM, is this correct?
Everything is working including the EAX control panel etc... Only the graphic equalizer is not working it says:

''The audio device is not supported by this application is not detected. The application will exit.''

I have 2 questions:

1- where i can get a tutorial to do it?

2- Is possible to mod my Audigy to X-fi?

Hi there you need upgrade your PFmod.DLL at my filefront that should fix the issue

and no you can't mod audigy to xfi only some software would work with it. And creative broke the drivers to mod audigy to audigy 4 there no way around it.

I have sound, eax in games ect. console also works, but the tools dont work.

Hi Rob! First, I want to thank you for your work.

I also have problems with the tools... I did as advised here before:
1- Installed Pax Suite drivers (\Setup.exe). Rebooted.
2- Installed Audigy 4 tools. No reboot.
3- Installed official Creative driver SBAX_PCDRV_LB_2_18_0010. Rebooted.

EAX Console still isn't working. Some tools do work, some doesn't.

Well, here is what I did:

- Uninstalled everything, booted in safe mode, ran driversweeper, cleaned it all.
- Installed Pax Suite drivers. Rebooted.
- Installed Audigy 4 tools. Rebooted... Just in case.

- Installed Creative's official driver. This time it uninstalled the Pax driver, asked me to reboot. So I did. Rebooted, finished installation, and asked to reboot again.
- Booted in safe mode, replaced the PFmod.dll.

Again, no luck.

What should I see in the Device Manager? Audigy 2 o Audigy 4? Currently it says "Creative SB Audigy 2 ZS (WDM)".

Plus, my Win7's language is spanish. Could it cause some kind of problem?

Hi there There no A4 mod in the set there no way to do that. Try formated to English to see if that fixes your issue so far I have no other complains because other said tools work fine under english. Maybe you should buy the drivercleaner

ive been using your pax audigy os v6.50 for quite sometime now and it works great... thank you and keep up the nice work..

i just have a litte inquiry, lately ive shifted to windows 7 from windows xp... the drivers worked fine on xp.. all features are working, but when
i installed your drivers on windows 7, the drivers worked fine but there are few missing features.. the eax EQ and FX presets are missing, only the ENV presets are present... can you enlighten me on this one, did i miss something? thank you robert and keep up the good work!
