PAX X-FI OS Driver V6.65 codename “Wing Foot”

“Driver Tune Up Edition”

Supported cards:
XFI
Supported OS:
XP and Vista 32 and 64 bit
Based on:
SBXF_PCDRV_LB_2_18_0008

Changes:
+ New FPS Tweak for more FPS in Sound benchmark by 3FPS or .5% to 1% not much ever bit does help in FPS Sound does it?

PS I don't know if this new true FPS Sound trick would or not it did on my sound card but please try them and report back thankyou!

appreciate the update! v6.60 worked fine for me, let's hope this one does aswell :-)

This is the first set of your drivers that has given me serious issues.

I was doing my playthrough of Mass Effect and upped to these drivers. Since then, I get crackling sound from my speakers on load screens and when areas load I get minor lockups, but the major problem is random hard lockups where I have to do a hard reboot of my computer.

Only thing I changed was these drivers. I'll be going back to the previous set.

Hmm ok Thanks letting me know. If anyone else has issue please posted. I might need take some tweaks out. Did you reinstalled all the software mate with the driver set if you didn't do that or follow my steps you get that then.

Yea, I use Driver Cleaner in safemode to uninstall drivers followed by a registry cleaning with IOBit's Advanced Systemcare before installing the new set.

Installed using the new support.cab you had sent me. Crackle was less noticeable but still there. I don't mind the crackle but the hard locks still occurred so I swapped back to 6.60s.

No crashes or crackling since.
