Changes:
+ New FPS Tweak for more FPS in Sound benchmark by 3FPS or .5% to 1% not much ever bit does help in FPS Sound does it?
+ More Changes for better sound.

I don’t know if this new FPS tuneup would work with audio not let me know.

All been working good so far, havent seen the FPS improvement tho but I guess I shouldnt be waiting miracles from software emulated EAX in this card anyway (I dont do sound benchmarks tho)
