This version is based on the final 1.04.0090 drivers. The sound is better on the PCs I have installed them than with the old beta based drivers.

This base for all Vista and 7 I'm going work on PCI E drivers next hopely my connection won't give up when it gets busy my friends gets parts on Monday so hopely Tuesday he installed them.

AW: PAX PCI Xtreme Audio Vista_7 V1.00

Hi all.
i just installed the PAX PCI Xtreme Audio Vista/7 and right after the install the autoupdatemanager from creative popped up and prompted me to update. should i do that? how did the updatemanager get on my system? i didnt install it. is it integrated/connected to the PAX-driver? im new and dont know what to do now, thanks in advance for help!

which suite do i hav to download for my xtreme audio? the summer 2009 all OS suite right below this thread is 575MB big :-OOO do i need this? why is it so big?

Because has all software suite just don't installed the drivers. I don't know who have Xtreme audio suite yet. I don;t know if suite work on your xtreme audio or not. As for the drivers just installed this software second one and let the dirvers updated.
