As for me, bass of previous versions sounded much better on my acoustic... It seems like it goes in resonance on lifted frequency and sound becomes very awful with too much bass...

Heyja, i was impressed about the new driver.. clear sound, nice bass.. and of course a real around sound.. but now.. i restart PC. and all settings has been changed.. if i start the AudioConsole and change from middle settings to rear sounds i got only a quiet sound.. its so low sense.. i dont know what happened.. i delete all stuff.. cleared with CCleaner etc.. and reinstalled it.. but.. result is the same.. always sounds like front and middel like 100% and rear sound only 50% or less.. how can i raise up the rear sounds ? im really tired about that trying.. plz help... i can remember ive got a old Youp-Pax driver for 32bit system was very old.. but i could choose between Music / Game and Enviroment Sound.. and they installed it after choosing.
maaan... i cant fix it.. when i go to systemmanual ---> sound settings and raise up the rear sound.. it wont works.. the sound is terrific.. its not real 5.1 plz play CoD4 and see what i mean.. i stand 1 meter in front of an enemy and he shoot.. my ears making booooom.. if i turn and stay with my back and he stand behind me also with 1 meter and shoot.. sounds like he is 30 meter or more far away... man im really really sad.. it fukcs my brain.. i cant concentrate with this crap sound.. and the normal drivers of creative also sucks.. plz plz... help oh i forgot.. Audigy 2 ZS i will post my Card Number when im back at home.

Hi Don you can incress the sound by WDM inf folder you can set the settings your self you have do all the steps over again. But don't go above 85% your asking for trouble hehe.

and wich file ? ok maybe i found it .. called wdma_emu.inf ?? wich passage i have to change/raise ? these are the parts of it ? [Setting_Config.TweakDatabase.AddReg]

in main setup in WDM folder look for WDM.inf settings are almost all way down to the end.

do i have to tweak the settings on install package or can i change it on the program folder ? i only find wdma_emu.inf and inside this passage :

Yes those are settings to change them. just go up by 2% each time to you figure out the right sound for each speaker. Don't try push it at 85% hehe. But you have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers each time you do the setting change make sure you save wdm inf everone can do too it's not that hard.

are this the settings for the rearsounds ?
SetRearSpeakerBass65% = 1 SetRearCenterSpeakerBass65% = 1 SetRearSpeakerTreble65% = 1 SetRearCenterTreble65% = 1 so both rearboxes are in one setting ? not RearLeftSpeaker and RearRightSpeaker ?

SetRearLeftSpeakerBass65%= 1 and SetRearRightSpeaker65% = 1 add new setting let me know if that makes big drifter if does I have release all sets.

Hi. I install 1.20 on my Sound Blaster 4, no errors etc but after reboot i dont have sound and on software summer edition doesnt work. Why?

This driver is awesome. It's much better than creative driver (and finally I can hear I have 5.1 speakers). You could add a little treble in next release.
And I have 1 question. Is it possible to reverse rear and front channels in SB Audigy? I heard somewhere, that rear channel have better quality because better codec was used (I2S) instead of ac97 |

thx 4 d great driver..just installed it and still testing with my 5.1 speaker..
- cmss2/stereo surround not available..dolby digital options (dynamic range) unavailable.. - windows7 audio enhancement not available.. - i test 5.1 HD movie and the rear sound did not sound really high.. - got some errors at the end of installing d driver..sumthing regarding audio console (-doinstall), dont know what it is but the driver was working.. other than dat..the bass was awesome..sweeet..thx mate.. hope to recover d lost features or myb tweaks..

problem when install driver, it say "Setup is unable to detect a supported product on your system. bla..bla..bla.. Setup will exit"
Tested on 2 system (XP SP3 & win 7) This also occurs when i try install the latest official creative driver. Now i'm using Daniel K. Audigy Support Pack 3.5 I have SB0090 card, read on some forum, maybe the card have bad eeprom thing. Try to put card on ther PCI slot still can't install, but not with old official driver. With the latest official driver, i extract the archive & replaced "Support.cab" with support.cab from daniel k driver or old creative driver, and the setup work fine, this trick also work with PAX Audigy driver. The question, is it ok install the driver like that way? sorry for my bad english
