It looks to me that the Sweds are just about equipped enough to kick anyone's ass. This guy (in his ignorance) completely confuses the concept of neutrality with that of having no defence at all. Try telling that to the crew of the Russian nuclear sub that the Swedes tried to bomb the crap out of in the late 1980's when it accidentally strayed into Swedish territorial waters. Indeed all during the 80's the Swedes were obsessed with hunting Russian subs, and were never shy, as we were here in the west of attacking them. The Sweds have balls ok. There's no doubt about that.

I read yesterday that the French, Germains and to a lesser extent the Russians have more money involved in Iraq than previously believed. WTF. And this goes against the sanctions the UN has placed on Iraq. Specificly FRANCE has be selling lots of CHEMICALS (possible war use) to Iraq.

GOD DAMN FOKKING ASSHOLE FRENCH PEOPLE (Government). They accuse the USA of being "oil" motivated when it is in fact them that is money motivated. That's it. I hate those fokkers. I could care less if the USA accidently dropped a few hundred nukes on France.

I have listened to all the arguements I could find on why the USA should NOT attack Iraq. NOT a one holds any logic. Then you look at all the logic/compassion on why we should go into Iraq and there is a ton of it (reasons).

Is it me or are people history stupid?

Yeah well I do think the UN is valuable, particularly if you want to bring everyone on board. But maybe the French don't have such Gold Fish like memories as you, they can't see why the morality of 12 years ago, that was good enough for you then, isn't good enough for you now. Who is the God given moral authority in all this? In truth there is none. There is only a consensus. And that is what we must work towards. I think claiming moral superiority at any time is likely to prove dangerous.

But maybe the French don't have such Gold Fish like memories as you, they can't see why the morality of 12 years ago, that was good enough for you then, isn't good enough for you now. Who is the God given moral authority in all this? In truth there is none. There is only a consensus. And that is what we must work towards.
