(experts estimate 20 years to make levees withstand the alarming increase of cat4&5 hurricanes ?? - not to mention the alledged raising water levels in the gulf) I wish the OP instead made this thread a poll on wheather or not we think it should be rebuilt... Id start it...but would seem like a 'duplicate' of this thread now... |
