Well General....first off..i dont hate you.Second..i dont dislike everything about Usa and its politics.
Right now you have a right wing government that performs right wing politics...in everything they do. Also in military stuff. Im not right wing.Im left wing. That is why i argue against much of Usa`s foreign politics. That might change though. If your government gets better at talking to other governments.Something that this one..hasnt been very good at. Instead of talking...they have been dictating. Apart from that..i like Usa.I have a friend who is 65 years old...Lives in NewYork...comes from Texas..like you.He and his wife visited us this summer... believe me or not..he isnt very fond of Bush politics either.. And..finally...i hope all this ends well now that things are like they are. Im not so stupid that i would not agree that you have accomplished something in Iraq. I just hope it lasts and i feel it is a bad thing that the UN was over run and not part of it because it would have been better i think for credibility. What if
Bush is reelected? It really could happen, unless John McCain runs for president...People are beginning to embrace decisiveness...that would really send a message to the terrorists all over the world that we really mean business..but then, that is a different spin. If the U.N. is successful and France Germany and Russian forgive IRAQ's debts it might relieve the pressure cooker of tension in the middle east...otherwise...Syria might be next...

Well the debts.....i dont think anyone is calculating seriously on getting that...money...
That money isn`t the issue right now for any of those countries. At least not more than future profits in Iraq arew a concern for American enterprises. ' The issue is getting this crap to work as soon as possible i suppose.I think that both France Germany and Russia has an interset in this too.Aftter all...............the mideast ....is far much closer to us.........than it is to you.It still isnt working in Afghanistan and Palestine must be solved if any of this is to function as they have planned. Sharon now says...they will have to make sacrifices (leave occupied territory) in order to get peace... We`ll see how serious he is about that... Bluelight |

We need a libertarian to win the election
. No more silly wars and more freedom for citizens... how can anyone disagree with that?

Your right, more sex less war
Regardless of who runs the U.S. we are always vulnerable to aggression, that is why we have such a powerful posture...and our armed forces are volunteers..well trained and confident.

That said, I would consider it a great victory if the Democratic Party was wholly replaced by the Libertarian Party. Laws wrought by the LP and the RP would be excellent for this nation. |

I think you are definitely right about Bush, Jeff. Wherever you like him or not, Bush is, at the least, a man that does what he says he will do. When he told Saddam he had to leave within 48 hours, he meant it. No acquiescing, no equivocation, no extensions -- when that ultimatum was up, the bombs started falling (well, it would prehaps be more appropriate to say "The Tomahawks started striking"). Think other nations don't respond to that? Is that why the DPRK is agreeing to have multilateral talks with the US, even though they categorically refused such offers before? |

At least the N. Koreans
they think Bush might be reelected, that wouldn't bother me at all, and that is not post war rhetoric either, I voted for his dad and went to the Gulf War under his administration. Bush is reshaping the political landscape...He has more backbone that Clinton ever will and he isn't chasing tail in the whitehouse, he is chasing bad guys all over the world....and finding them....I voted for him too, I don't agree with everything he says but he is an ass kicker and a name taker....more than Clinton ever was.....
And the world might just see more Bush than they bargained for in the next two weeks...Bin Laden or his double is on the run....I wonder where he will surface next? the U.S. or the phillipines...I am not f**king kidding.....things are happening real fast now....
