How to Deal with Peace Activists

How to deal with peace activists:

1. Listen quietly and intently while this person explains their views. They will probably voice many points, ranging from political to religious to Humanitarian and violence only leads to more violence.

2. In the middle of their remarks, without any warning, punch them on the fcuking nose.

3. As the person gets up off of the ground, very quickly and calmly remind the person that violence only brings about more violence. Tell them if they are really committed to a nonviolent approach to undeserved attacks, they will turn the other cheek and negotiate a solution. Tell them they must lead by example if they really believe what they are saying. Most of them will think for a moment and then agree that you are correct.

4. As soon as they do that, punch them on the fcuking nose.

5. Repeat steps 2-6 until they fly into a rage and come swinging at you.

6. Now tell them that they are cured

7. Lesson over.

[COLOR=limegreen]You show remarkable restraint, I suppose you haven't met a peace activist that is bigger than you, ha ha...they are not all Anemic Granola Crunchers you know....
Is this political humour
Idealogical argument against peaceniks...
or just a lesson in how to get in trouble...because lets face it, inside every peace activist is a beast that wants to swing out at authority as well, but they are compelled to form mass demonstrations...
The fact that people can bitch about the government and disagree is what makes american strong...even if I get pissed at what they say, they have the right...beating on them will only make them beat the shit out of you or anyone else that attempts to do the same thing...you will find hypocracy in America everywhere man...be careful, I am sure you can take care of yourself, but you don't want to get thrown in jail with someone that keeps dropping a bar of soap in on the floor to get your attention.. ha ha..

It's a bit of political humor. I am pro war. But some activists do have actual reasons and I respect that, my sister is Anti-War and she has a damn good reason to be. I don't think they're granola crunchers or anything. This isn't the Vietnam war and even if it was, I've learned big people walk around in all groups so I don't call names.

I thought so, ha ha...
I live in a town with five military bases, I am retired navy, fought in two conflicts, been shot at, and did some shooting while trying not get zipped, pulling marines out of the line of fire, and dressing wounds.
I have lost good friends to combat, accidents and emotional attrition. I suppose I would have shot the soldier that rolled a grenade into some tents with some regrets, but I am for the most part.....not pro war. I laugh and also chafe at what appears to be a lack of ignorance on the part of some political posters to accurately access the depth of their knowlege before they post, but I enjoy the drive by emotional posts by some dissenting posters too, their right I suppose, but my bullshit filter is really effective, I know the mods are for the most part antiwar with maybe two exceptions..so beware, ha ha...I won't try to color the lense of your perspective, being a new member an all, but the more research you do and the more salient your points the more I like to participate too. I got some degrees but I don't throw them at anyone, and I have combat time on the ground an on the sea, and I don't throw that at anyone either..just like to reply or add to comments...Some of the most interesting posters are of course

Bluelight-totally european poster, and contributes all the time, find his posts they are interesting...

Raid517-he got stepped on by the mods a few times but he is english and has a unique perspective and he is damn smart too.

GOG- really likes to spinup the arguments with a little swedish melodrama, ha ha

SH4-president- SADDAM FOR PRESIDENT.....NUFF SAID...

GeneralStupid-I think he is only sixteen...

just a few of the interesting folks and there are always more on the way, ha ha...

If you don't get on the Mods bad side and give DH your hard earned cash, you might get a big AVATAR too, ha ha....................................beware of ZARDON............................................ ...................................

Oh yeah....MacDaddy....he used to play for Rush I think or Triumph, I can't remember...

Forgot....

You do have a point...and im not a 100 percent "peace" activist in the sense that i condemn all violence.

I just think that the use of it must be regulated and that the best way of regulating international violence is by international laws and organisations.

War! What is it good for?....Killing your enemies.... I served on the DMZ for a year and a half during "peacetime" ummm then why were they shooting at us? Some people don't play by the rules and you have to smack that bitch up.

Being 16 and 364/365 hehe I have a few simplistic views of this war.

-Killing innocents is wrong.
Saddam will have killed more than even any insect we squashed during the war.

-Intent matters.
Saddam wanted to kill those civilians, we didn't.

-It's About Oil
Because of Saddam's OIL sqaundering we have his 12 palaces. The US isn't stupid enough to keep and control the OIL wells because then we wouldn't have any justification and then we would not have a single ally. But I do see Iraq leaving OPEC and we getting cheaper oil.

-The Government will be Islamically Run
Again common sense. If we forcefully instilled democracy Iraq would split and the economy would collapse and then tribe wars would overrun.

-Peace Protestors More Often Than Not Are Idiots
Self explanitory.

-Simplistic US Deplomacy
This is something I don't like. The US being like "Nuh uh, you didn't help us help Iraq you can't invest and help rebuild it."

If I'm wrong please tell me.
