It's just another step on the laid out road. For those who are curious about what it's about:

¤ I don't have to follow my own rules, and I don't have to tell you when I'm breaking them.
¤ I get to determine what my own powers are.
¤ The Department of Justice doesn't tell me what the law is, I tell the Department of Justice what the law is.

How about reading S 1927 for yourselves, and quit believeing a partisan hack that is suffering, like so many liberals, from BDS (Bush Derangement Syndrome).

That act is related to inteligence gathering from sources coming from OUTSIDE the US. It has nothing to do with 'domestic survalence'. Any communictions that are point to point inside the US still need, and always have needed warrents.
