Democrat vs Republican

A customer from Ohio who was neutral to both sides came into my work and after a short, conversation, described Democrats and Republicans in a very easy way that I personally agree with.

Democrats help people who either don't or can't help themselves

Republicans help people who help themselves

It was very simple but to me very true. What do you guys think?
