Re: Project Blue Beam
It is very interesting. That whole concetration camp thing scares me. What if I am unable to accept the new system? Will that happen to me? Not that it's what I would choose. I'm all for it. I just dont' get it.

Re: Project Blue Beam
Apparently, the reporter who originally covered this story in the late eighties died two weeks after press release of "mysterious causes". This is the desciption of the anti-christ...a creation of man, not of God. Not factual, just interesting.

Re: Project Blue Beam
I will admit, I didn't read the whole article, but pass this by any Religious Theory Professor at a college university and see what they say.
Here's my reaction. "How "V For Vendetta." Sell that shit to Universal." A few notes, though I admit, it's not my field. There are gaps, but much of this you could spend an entire college career studying. The concept of evil in religion did not exist until the Axial Age. Specifically in Persia, with the development of a religion called Zoroastrianism. The fundamental core of the religion basically highlights the battle between truth and lie. - This is the first known existence of the concept of good and evil in religion. The name Zoroaster was greek in origin, appears to have arisen from an association of ástra “stars” with the leading zōrós meaning “undiluted.” Now, being a persian concept, translate this to Avestan, an eastern Iranian language, and you get... Zarathustra! - The connection is implicit and intended by Nietzsche. The association often made, religiously, is that Zoroastrianism, being the historical foundation of the concept of heaven and hell also has an assocation by name to the concept of Lucifer. The gap I have here, is how the founders of Christianity associated Zoroaster into the concept of Satan we have in the bible. A class or college professor could fill this gap, I unfortunately can't. Anyway, the long story short - The concept of evil, Satan and really, the revelation didn't exist until the Axial Age. Religions we know existed prior to this had no concept of Heaven or Hell, or of some figure of pure evil or good. Just a creator. I.e. Judaism and Hindu. Even the concepts of Good and Evil are fundamental impossibilities - They're perspectives. Some things can be objectively bad, but only those things that involve physical harm or force. I.e. Murder. Theft. Does this mean that God doesn't exist? Not at all. It just means that our idea of God as a being of Pure Good, depends on what you call good. Even the bible it's self states that after Man ate from the tree of knowledge, he became like God "knowing both good and evil." Just an FYI. "... how easy it is for the ignorant to believe that all has become confusion and doom." - Aristotle about a device called the Antikythera Mechanism. Far easier to fathom a beginning and end than it is to fathom the infinite. For more on Totalitarianism, and how it comes to exist, check F. A. Hayek - "The Road to Serfdom." Rather than some gigantic conspiracy to get us into Totalitarianism, it could just be due to a huge middle class that's been financially disconnected from their former economic security (often by economic recession), that seeks to vote or empower a person (even through democratic means) in government under the banner of economic prosperity, citing certain catch words, like "Freedom, Equality, and Community." The once middle class will often seek to empower a leader who promises the return of their previous lifestyles. This was Adolf Hitler's banner statement, and a very brief version of how an Austrian Artist on the gimp came to power. Any idea who else preaches these same things? - There's a real modern reference to this situation, and it's even more real and far more scary than this Blue Beam nonsense. When re-election comes, remember the words of John Jay - "Brilliant appearances often mislead as well as dazzle." Last edited by Kazeko; Jul 22, 2009 at 05:52 AM. |

Blanket Statement. Also, Religion is also for all intended... according to the Vatican... and the article you just posted.

Wow, Kaz...these kind of poignant statements are exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for your perspicacious observations! ![]() Truly, I don't see many ideas and concepts having any sort of parallel to how things are "really" happening and I wouldn't call myself a conspiracy theorist, but the implementation of technology to subjugate change is something that I have always been weary of. For example, when I was in fifth grade, I wrote a four-page thesis entailing the use of mass-market media and advertising to impose control among the population. This confused and aggravated the faculty, so it was swiftly thrown away without explanation by my obviously right-wing Christian teacher (I grew up in the Bible Belt). Another good example is Christian Television and the FCC's Compliance regulations on what is seen and heard and how those regulations transpire. Please understand - I'm not a god-fearing Christian, I'm not paranoid - I'm just scared of what we can do to each other. It's all too easy to become falliable and closed-minded when a liar is so proficient at lying. I believe you know just as well as I do that a majority of the world is considered as being under average intelligence; and with that being so, something like this Project Blue Beam would be a rather definitive moment in human history. Whether we would fall prey to such subversive tactics or not is moot - the rest of the lemmings will all jump from the same precipice.
