That's probably true, but it bothers me that religion would come up at all as a determining factor in a case for custody even if he really is an unsuited parent.

I mean what are they trying to say? If you're not a Christian, your not a good father?

Did a bit of searching, and it seems as though this dude isn't quite as "lily white" as he's portraying himself. There are Protective Orders, Counter Protective orders, etc, etc.

There's DEFINITELY more to the story.

As for the little bit of text that they did show in that clip, it's entirely possible that that part was in the COMPLAINT from the mother and not necessarily what the Judge actually wrote.

His claim in that vid just doesn't pass the smell test.

He's holding a protest for fathers rights? Smells like BS. If religion is the only roadblock then going to the mothers pastor would probably work. Not to mention any lawyer would pounce on the religion issue so there's gotta be something else going on.

I would comment more on this but this shit pisses me off. Lies, bullshit, backstabbing on both sides and it does absolutely fucking nothing for the kids involved. I've got a nine year old that my ex tried pulling this shit and the judge kept asking me if I would intentionally block my daughter from going to church on Sunday's if she wanted to go. It's her decision, if she wants to go, she can go but the damn judge would ask it again after about 7-8 minutes and talking about something else. He did that three separate times. When there are kids involved, the parents should be looking at what's best for the kid, not for them selves and that's on both sides and it's fuck head fathers like this that make my role with trying to be involved with my daughter that much harder to do. I have my daughter every Tuesday nights and every other weekend. I call my daughter every night that I don't have her trying to do everything I can to not just be a part time dad and this fucktard goes on youtube to try and gather sympathy. Be a fucking man and fight for your kids without the bullshit filings of protection orders and shit.

Sorry for the rant, this just pisses me off.
