England rioters 'poorer, younger, less educated'

The most comprehensive statistics published so far on people charged over the August riots in England reveal they were poorer, younger and of lower educational achievement than average.

The government figures show 13% of those arrested were gang members.
In terms of ethnicity, 42% of those charged were white, 46% black, 7% Asian and 5% were classified as "other".

The Met Police admitted in a separate report it did not have enough officers available on the first night of riots.

Well the majority charged were black and I feel the import of 'black' culture played a role. Although when I say 'black' culture I'm talking about the subset of 'gangsta' culture that is being embraced by all races living in these affected areas.

A glorification of a drug-dealing, get rich quick or die trying posturing. A total dis-regard for education and advancement. A generation that is already fucked beyond repair.

Too many people on this small island!

I think that most people in the uk know the truth behind that report.

A) UK Has a too soft on the additional system
B) Government has no backbone to say the truth (And this has been the same for the last 15 years or more)
C) Too many Do-Gooders who look after Human rights for criminals (& forget about the Victims) who dictate to the governments.
B) Not enough police ?? (Blame the current Government as they are cutting cost for the local police force) Vote (I never Have & for the lib Dems i never will) in Conservative (Lib/Dems) and thats a result... Bring back M/Thatcher..AKA the new version David Camoron and his sidekick Nick Clegg..

I just wish we had a more balanced government in power.. That tried to look after the country that came first,,, And the Bank Balance that came later...

But this is me...

A) Yes im poor,Working hard to pay my bills and taxes but does this make me go out on a free for all burn down other peoples property ... NO
B) Im actually dyslexsic and a little autistic.... Do i know how to get on with life legally.... YES
C) Im not racist at all,However i do think that border controll & the Benifit system here need to be scrapped and rearanged.

Hey, consider yourself lucky you don't live in Greece. We are a country of 1/6th the population of the UK and get 9000 illegal immigrants per month, who do not leave. The government does its best to stop them from leaving, while doing nothing for stop them coming here. In Athens alone, a city of 4.5 mil citizens, there are about 2 million illegal immigrants. Most of them don't come here because they want to stay here, no, they want to go further west. Fuck the European Union. Fascist racist institution hiding behind the lies and the bureaucracy of thieves in power.

The UK is always stating how it is proud to be (and everyone should embrace) a multi-cultural society. So why when it comes to crime statistics the government & media always have to go back to race percentages? Sounds a but hypocritical to me......
