that is airforce basic training. Six weeks!!!!!!! NO TIME TO LEARN HOW TO FLY. Especially with all the other things they have to do. On top of that what a waist of money!!! Why would you have everyone fly jets there would be so many casualties and crashed plains.

No but those who apply for pilot training do. That is what basic training is for them. I think it's quite a bit longer than standard basic training but there you are. (I am an aircraft engineer by profession and have had the opportunity to talk to a lot of pilots in my job). In any case flying is more of a 'skill' than a mark of intelligence - which as has been noted is something Bush didn't posses a lot of. They sent monkeys into space and trained them to be astronauts (and they sent some guys who on the whole weren't much smarter than monkeys to the moon) - but at the end of the day I doubt anybody would be all that inspired to vote for a monkey for President - even if it is possible it might do a much better job that George W. Bush himself.
