Pat Tillman, a young man, a football star, a loyal american joined his brothers and sisters in arms that have given all they can give. In an ambush in Afghanistan, Pat Tillman sustained mortal wounds. He and so many others like him joined the military for the right to serve their country, and protect the freedoms that we enjoy. I watched as the press attempted to spin his death negatively and positively until it became sickening. His death, and the deaths of other brave young men and women of our country demonstrate to me that there remains a sense of honor, loyalty and duty among the youth of America. Despite what the left wing democrats and nay sayers may publish or say, Most Americans will do their duty, for their country and for the future, even if it means certain peril, and even death. That Pat Tillmans death is a tragedy is not disputed, his family mourns, but he had character, resolve and honor, and he took it into combat with him, and he did his duty. The media will tell you that our soldiers overseas are just pawns in a game and are dying needlessly and dishonorably, but I say to hell with the left wing media. Pat Tillman joins all the heroes that have given their lives and actually served their country, rather than bitch about the President or hide from the responsibility all Americans must fulfill, LOYALTY to their country. No, you dont have to die in combat to be a Patriot, and you dont have to agree with the administration in power, nor subscribe to any doctrine you dont believe in, but you can demonstrate your loyalty to the U.S. Pat Tillman did, and I will remember him, a man I never knew, nor his fellow men and women in arms, as HEROES. So I say to hell with NBC, ABC, CBS, CNN, FOX NEWS, BBC 1, I believe most Americans agree, we are more like Pat Tillman than we would admit, and remain loyal to our president, and our country, and honor our living and fallen heros.
