funny like whas said before they didn't need WMD to justify going in.
the fact tha that some the tools were there, wepons unnacounted for
and the fact that IRAQ basically bradcast to it's neighbors back off
we have WMD. Bluff of not IRAQ wanted people to belive that they

His guilt in the issue is already prooven by the statements he gave when the Cia ( or if they had "leased the torture" to a private company)beat two people to death at Bagram during "interrogation".

After the event Rumsfeld was asked about "the use of light torture" and if it was acceptable and he DID NOT CONDEMN IT instead he said thuings like:Well in times like this one has to have wide interpretaions of the rules.

Which of course is the same thing as leaving the door open for the morons.

So...he is guilty alright.

Guilty of having shot himself and the rest of his government in their feet.

And for this..they´ll sell him out for votes...that they will not get anyway.

But dont worry.

Kerry is American too.

There will not be much difference.

Chevrolets will not exactly become Trabants because of him winning. :-)

it has been said that Rumsfeld making a resignation would be patriotic, I disagree, but I do think that someone in the chain of command knew about and authorized it. I dont think the people in the photos that perpetrated the crimes did so without some kind of authorization

As i understood it they wer just throgn into it with out being told what they could or could not do. they we not trained on geneva convention rules or nuttin... Wasn't the CIA envovled in all this too? yet i don't see nuting at all in the news about them... musn't be any photo's lol

I can understand "bending" the rules but not blatanlty breaking them

I can also understand too why they did some things. I think you would too if countless lives depened on what you found out. and these guys aren't boy scouts they have lived a verry hard life. thier well trained or condtioned. They are also afarid to talk that if they do they will be killed when released.

think of it this way, If some one truely belives your gonna toture and possably kill them unless they talk. It's amazeing how quick they'd began to talk if they had any info. Also the photo's i can kida see too its a vaild tatic, humilliantion, So of what I've herd I don't buy for exaple that the people there we just people they swept up for no reason..

It's a touchy middle ground, but they went beyond thier bounds and thier gonna pay for it but I doubt they will get burnt much. in beten the facts, the spin, and the bullcarp we hear it hard to pick out the full trouth

1 we did not ignore the info on pearl harbor but it is hard to say where and when, when that info did not come.
2. Macarthur go sacked because he wanted to drop several atomic bombs on china and do a full fledged invasion.
3 How could we not allow soviets to compromise us? infiltrate us?

Yes thats right.The CIa was involved in this too.
