NAACP chairman wants Bush out of office
Calling for african american voter turnout
Yet another attempt to polarize an ethnic community against Pres. Bush, the chairman of the NAACP, and an outspoken critic of the Bush administration is on the offensive, ever since the "no child left behind" bill that was signed in 2001. According to the NAACP, Pres. Bush singled out african american children as having low expectations due to apathy by their parents, and the enviornment that stagnates and suffocates change in the economically depressed african communities. Bush has declined to meet the chairman possibly due to the abrasive remarks directed against him by the NAACP and the hostile nature of recent remarks.

The NAACP...National Associaton for the Advancement of Colored People.
I wanna know where the NAAWCP (White Caucasian People) is at? Oh yeah we couldn't have that....that would be predjudice. Man...the NAACP, it's followers and others of it's ilk, have been pulling a guilt trip on the American public for the last 50-60 years. Slavery... I for one am about sick and f**king tired of it. You know who sold the slaves on the shores of that great country, it of the dirt floors and grass huts? The "Colored" people's own kind. Pfffttt....who cares what they think. Oh wait...they don't |

I saw on the History Channel that the NAACP was founded by a man named W.E.B. Dubois who didn't want Booker T Washington to be the black leader of America (for whatever reasons). Booker T Washington was a Republican (as was normal as the Republicans had recently abolished slavery under Abraham Lincoln) and his opponent W.E.B. Dubois was thereby forced to be a Democrat, who were still a bunch of southern racists. Later Republican scandals involving President Theodore Roosevelt and blindly supported by Washington beefed up the ranks of the NAACP and started Washington's downfall.
On to the point - the NAACP helped elect Woodrow Wilson despite the fact that Wilson was a proud racist/segregationist because they despised the Republican party so much. They blindly voted Democrat - and that hasn't changed since. Has any other American here wondered why African Americans almost always vote Democrat when they have their freedom thanks to the Civil War instigated by the Radical Republicans? |

Sturmbahn.... Both the Republican and Democratic parties have gone through many changes over the years. Infact the Republican party used to be quite "liberal" in many ways. President Theodore Roosevelt (no...not FDR lol) once identified the Republicans with the cause of progressivism...in particular the idea of a vigorous executive regulating the economy and society in the public interest. Here is a link it's an interesting read. history of republican party In 1912 former Pres Roosevelt came out of retirement to challenge Taft , due to the fact that Taft was a conservative business candidate. From that point on the party pretty much followed a pro-business platform with a smattering of isolationism. Guido |

I wouldn't go if I were bush. It is pointless. You KNOW that they're not going to change their minds. I get tired of this race crap. Now, it's mainly from the blacks. I HATE this BS like affirmative action.

Bond wants Bush out now
As previously reported, the chairman of the NAACP is on the offensive. Kerry is attempting to gain votes from disenfranchised african americans in the wake of this recent attack against Bush, but it may only backfire on him as well, since he too is weak on civil rights issues. Bond even went so far as to condemn Bush for giving IRAQ a constitution but ignoring the US constitution. Although this is not the first time that a president has been condemned for not doing enough, Bond insists that unless Bush is replaced by a moderate democrat many of the successes of the NAACP will be eroded by various Bills and measures already in place. Bond is on the attack, and Bush has declined to address the criticism as of yet, but clearly Kerry will not profit from this emotionally driven attack either.

You dont, and under the umbrella of democracy you can safely express your feelings without recrimination, as long as you dont break federal or local laws.
