Anyone known why Colin Powell' is leaving after submitting his resignation letter on Friday

Supposedly he had said he only was only going to do one term anyways, however from what i heard he had planned on staying like 6months to a year after the election, but Bush wanted things pretty much in place before january. According to a few different sources I heard, Powell wasnt really close to Bush, Chenney or Rumsfield and was often the "odd man out." I am guessing he felt a little bullied around or even degraded and either decided to resign early, or Bush told him that he wanted most of his people in place and pretty much forced Powell to resign early.
