Under 500 for me

Just spend $350 on these parts:

Motherboard: MSI P6N Platinum

RAM: 2 GB Crucial Ballistix DDR2 800 4-4-4-12

CPU: Core 2 Duo E6420 (going to do some major overclocking )

All this due to my fried motherboard.. since I was still on Socket 754, might as well upgrade it all

(And as you can see, I'll be having these parts for quite some time.. not that big of a spender you see )

Too much This poll made me realize that I have an addiction.... ~ $2.5K As I did probably make a good $700-$900 in selling the hardware i get bored of.

Nothing.. my PC days are over. I'm happy with my current XP rig and will not be forced into buying a new overpriced, buggy O/S with DRM. I will not replace my mobo, ram, power supply and video card every 6 months anymore.. I'm sick of it. Enough is enough. Why bother when all the games are being made for consoles first and ported to the PC?.. bah.

Between 1500 and 2500 and will probably stay in that range for the rest of the year. New motherboard, cpu, ram, psu, gfx card and dvd-rom. It's my first real upgrade in 3 years though.

I've bought a cardreader this year

I'm also done with upgrading my pc time and time again. I don't play many demanding games anymore, and this pc still does fine with the rare ones that I try.

I can't afford any, this poll sucks.

Seriously. I can't think of a single thing I've bought... well... if you don't count the rebate freebies at CompUSA, like a 10/100 switch I didn't need, a wireless card, a few others... but not much :P

Pity, pity. I could sure use a new system...
