Foobar2000 for music and Media Player Classic (Home Cinema) for videos, etc.

WMP9 is my favourite.

I also use Realplayer 8 (Last good version before AOL joined the team and ruined this product)

First and foremost I use Winamp because it's simple, I can customize it to match my vista theme, and it really whips the llama's ass. For videos I use VLC media player for most things. Almost every time I use DivX (all versions new and old) the sound NEVER syncs up right so I ditched it on my HTPC. Past that PowerDVD for all things iso and dvd's. For some odd, subtitled media I use Arpa Kola Player since it is just as good as DivX is with subtitles without my sound syncing issue. (this is of course subtitled videos that do not have hard coded subtitles but rather a separate file of subtitles included in the package, very rare but happens on occasion)
